Fantastic! I'd love to know what sort of army and navy he's got.

I will post that tomorrow morning (12 hours or so from now my time) just before I begin my attack.

I have asked and Astraga might be able to send a small force to distract and our old enemy Esky is willing to help out. Esky shares his marble island with Dark Jesus. He has attacked Stubzor on previous occasion, but not since I pillaged him pretty badly. He is a member of VKG.

Here are the towns I have so far, in case you want your own spies:
Amphacsitida (53,32)wine low level shipyard and barracks. no military report yet.
Ohrid-05 (53,32) Very weak town with wall lower than its town hall and barracks/shipyard at not much better than a place holder level. No troops were present when I spied on this town. I will follow up when I do recon tomorrow.
Lychnydos (52,33) Sulfur. I haven't spied on this town's army due to a high risk rate. Barracks and Shipyard are above the highest level needed. This is his capital, palace is one level above his other gov residences. I suspect this is the center of his military.
Scupi (55,31) Marble. This island is shared with Esky, who is willing to help. building levels are about the same as the wine towns, but the barracks is upgraded far enough for SG's. Cannot produce balloons here, though.

Dark Jesus has his gov residences at lvl 4 and palace at lvl 5. This means he is able to Produce 2 FOB's should he wish. 2 FOB's will cause him corruption, but one should be ok, unless he has a 5th town I cannot find. His palace is lvl 5 and the gov residences are lvl 4.

It seems this is all the ground forces he had. I pretty much wiped them out. I cant find his navy, it is probably defending his brothers down south.

Thanks for the intel!

I have been keeping his northern Sulfur and Marble town under 24 hour blockade to prevent wine shipments to it. It seems to be having an effect (finally) on his income and ability to wage war.

I havent been playing with those two wine towns.
